ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN

Our architectural design process begins by obtaining a detailed understanding of the functions which must be accommodated and the goals the client wants to meet. Spaces are then developed to address those requirements efficiently and creatively.

Once a design concept is approved, our work continues with the development of drawings and specifications to be used in bidding and obtaining a building permit.

We finish by monitoring the quality and progress of the project during construction.

Since we are not a contractor and do not physically build the projects we design, we are able to act solely on our clients’ behalf throughout the entire process, watching out for their interests and freeing up their time to concentrate on growing and running their own business.
